Always friendly, staff have good senses of humour. Very efficient. Always try to resolve any issues quickly without fuss, very polite and kind. There is a bell at the desk to ring if nobody is behind the counter. They don't mess about wasting peoples time. There can be a significant queue at the counter and even outside of the door on occasions due to their being just one collection/delivery counter. There are a few comfortable chairs within the collection/delivery waiting area which are really helpful for those whom can't stand long. It is clean inside, there are also a couple of tables available incase need to sit and write/wrap/stamp anything before going to counter or after doing so. There are flowers in pots or possibly beds outside which add a cheerful touch. Always a friendly good experience from my personal perspective and no reason it shouldn't be the same way for anyone else. I like going here, nice to be greeted with friendliness and a smile even if they are rushed off their feet and having horrendous days personally themselves. They never take that out on their customers if they ever are. 10/10

Absolute farce of a place. With the money they charge compared to competitors they still can’t get enough staff to deliver the items, they lie saying they attempt delivery when they haven’t and then give you excuse after excuse when questioned. It takes some doing to be worse than Evri/Hermes but Royal Mail are doing a grand job of becoming the joke of the delivery sector 😂
